I'm guessing you're in the US and confused about US law. There are state laws that allow ownership of small amounts of marijuana under certain circumstances, perhaps with a prescription, for instance. People think this means it's legal. It isn't. Federal law supercedes state law, and though you may not have to worry about being prosecuted by your state, you still risk federal prosecution. To date, states like Alaska, Oregon and California have not seceeded from the Union, though we might be overdue for another Civil War.

Amsterdam, and one of the provinces of Canada it is legal in the coffee shops thats all I know of.

according to Gen. 1:29 God gave such plants to man to be his food. As far as I'm concerned it shouldn't be illegal ANYWHERE.
