Some employers don't understand leadership by example, and that if the employer doesn't stoop to "I'm the boss so I don't have to do something that menial" employees don't have any room to say "That's not my Job!" when asked to do a particular task.

Some bosses are good bosses. You are obligated to work while the boss chases the secretary.

I don't know that they ALL do..But when you become the boss it will be your choice to do the work you want to do and have the people under you (who are working up) so the things you do not want to do any longer..Maybe your boss has already "been there done that" and now it is your turn..ss

If they hire you, it is because they need some one in that spot at that time. How do you know they are not working? All work is not visible to some one else.

2 reasons for this:
1) **** always rolls downhill; 2) They are paid for they're knowledge and to manage employees and employees are paid to work
