The DA is filing charges, so it will be up to the judge / jury. She probably wasn't paying attention. Everyone who drives the 405 knows that is a crappy corner. Even if no one is on the road, by the time you get to that bend, all of a sudden there is traffic and everyone slows down if not stops.

Yes, she should do time for negligent homicide, but if she actually does is really questionable. Justice is supposed to be blind, but even a blind man knows when someone puts a buck in his hand.

Oh, definite. i think of all celebrities deserve honest-to-heart know and sturdy desires, yet I only think of it grew to become into so tragic of the accident. Brandy's crime ought to be investigated further so as that they are in a position to absolutely get what they want, yet she merits some penal complex time. To deliver out condolences to the ineffective's family contributors? this is all she did, she apologized and sent sturdy desires. If I have been her, i might fairly do all i ought to to cause them to forgive me, and circulate to penal complex for as long as they asked. She's a celeb, no longer super female, she nonetheless desires penal complex to advance her self administration. She desires penal complex, she does, she's a inebriated, undesirable, loopy man or woman, or perhaps worse (nicely, very almost) than Paris Hilton.

She should absolutely go to jail if found guilty. My God, how do you not see freeway traffic slowing/stopping with all those brake lights unless you are totally distracted. She clearly wasnt paying enough attention.

She may have been yakking on the phone. I cant stand those morons with their cell phones stuck to the side of their heads. Some people cant shut up, I guess.

i think she should be sued just because she is a celebrity she shouldn't get out of what she has done. however i don't think she should go to jail, living with knowing you killed someone out of your own negligence is punishment enough. I cant even begin to imagine how awful she must feel.

Well, things are not up to me; that will be for the justice system to decide. I do feel that if she is convicted of the charges she is facing, her punishment should be the same as any other citizen convicted of a similar offense.
