OK, bottom line, don't lend out anything else. If he is mentally handicapped, then be nice but be firm in your response to be left alone. They do have feelings you know. Being creeped out is understandable...they are different and makes you feel uncomfortable, but hey, what if that was you or your friend. It takes a friend to be a friend. She, your friend, needs to give no more fake numbers. Firm answer, "I am not intereted in you." Should work. The fake numbers have only led him on. Hope that helps.

I think you should be going to your local Mental Health Organization (or check your hospital for a contact number) and explaining the situation to them. They should have some advice on how to best handle this, or they may know the individual and might even be able to step in and help resolve this. No one should make you feel uncomfortable, but sometimes people are unpredictable and you should get some real advice on how to handle this, to protect both you and him.

I was in a situation like this. Don't lend anything out any more. When he asks for her number she should just tell him that he isn't a good enough friend to have that information yet. He sounds creepy, but he probably doesn't know how or what you think about him. His thoughts are differnt from your thoughts.

dud just be cool about it
call the police or 911 or a hospital.
also u can tell him that if he keep taking her stuff or asking for her
number u gonna kick his a**.
one more thing chill out and think that the only thing that make that dud so creepy is that he is mentally handicapped and its ain't
his fault.

1. DON"T GIVE OUT ANYTHING!!!!!
don't give him any personal info, that will only lead to worse things.
2. don't just push him away.
maybe he's just looking for a friend.
3. if he gives off bad vibes..
maybe its best to avoid him. that way, you aren't telling him to leave you the **** alone, but you don't have to deal with him.
it can be hard. good luck. :)

I think that your friend should tell him clearly that she is not interested in him and that she doesn't even want to be his friend if he creeps you guys out that much.

Stay away from him. When he shows up, "remember" you have someplace else to be. More people should listen to their inner voice. If your friend is missing stuff, then she should go to where he lives, and ask for it back. His caregiver should be able to find it. Good luck.
