Bush is no one to trifle with. Unlike the joke of a president before him, Bush takes his job very seriously and will not hesitate to defend the country that voted him as President.

It may seem dangerous on the outside, but there is little the United States can do besides a bombing campaign against Iraq. It is not like we can invade their country. As it stands, the Iranians are slowly invading Iraq and working to destabilize the country from within.
It is foolish for us to assume that an invasion of Iran would be as easy as the invasion of Iraq, which has proven to be anything but easy.

Just what did we defend ourselves against - all those WMD's or that great airforce in Iraq and now in Iran. Or maybe all those Navy ships they have. Boy we better watch out.
Iran is doing what we would do - living their lives they way they want to and building what they want to build and having the type of nuclear energy they want. Boy how inconsiderate can a Country like Iran be.

Back in the days of JFK or Ronald Reagan it would have been. Either of these two great leaders would have hit them so hard, by the time they woke up, they would have needed another haircut. But now-a-days, D.C. is full of Diplomats. Our enemy's must be emboldened by this and just sit back and laugh. And the UN, the worlds biggest paper tiger sits back clasping their collective hands threatening yet again--more sanctions. I'm sure Ahmadinejad and the Ayatollahs are shaking in their sandals.........

While Bush is in Office yes it's foolish..But if a DemocRat takes office in 08... Iran can push all they want, because they'd just cry in a corner and tell Iran they're not being very nice and to please stop it..

Because the same people who train and recruit terrorists, lead the current Iranian gov't....
It is senseless that the Iranian government actually looks at us as a weak country that can't defend itself... therefore they dont look at us as very intimidating...
thats why they keep provoking us.
However, the Koran does tells about love of your family and your neighbors and the terrorists interpert that as meaning kill yourself and your neighbors in order to kill any one who doesnt follow your faith or wear your flag.... Sense isn't something that comes easy to these type of people...clearly.
But hey, they arent the only ones...
The majority of the population living in the US now actually listens to the liberal news... and obeys by it like its the Bible...

Basically,
The Iranian President knows we are a country with a past of military dominance... but, because of his faith in Allah, and his faith in the skewed version of the Koran that is fed to people like him.. he doesnt think about that.
He seriously believes that Allah will control his destiny, and because Allah is on his side and not his enemy's(America)...and because America condemns Allah as being a source of terrorism, which does have its truths... the Iranian President believes that Allah will protect him and he feels, rather he knows, that Allah will not let him down.
Thats why they keep provoking us...
America just needs to hold tight and wait for the revolution of young scholars to finally crumble the current Iranian gov't... like it has been trying to do.
Something to think about...
Most of China + Russia's oil comes from Iranian oil refinaries.
Because of our loose alliances and treaties with these countries... They probably wont attack us directly, and Iran prolly wont make them... but they may be forced to supply Iran's army..which would lessen America's chances of success..depending on the supplies demanded by Iran.
Also, remember.. China's government is run by their extremist military. Remember Tianament Square..?

Bush has gotten the US in such a mess that now everybody can mess with us and there is nothing we can do. What can we do? we can't even get out of Iraq, much less attack another country. We can't even help Somalia for crying out loud, we have to pay Ethiopia to do that lol

Yes it is dumb for Iran.
If we do go to war with Iran (I highly doubt we will, unless something drastic happens), it will not involve any marines or soldiers. It would mainly consist of constant bombings, and cruise strike missiles. We would utilize our Air Force and Navy in it.
