The government has pretty much been doing whatever they want since the new administration took over the white house. WE got a war on drugs, that is going nowhere and imprisoning innocent people. We have a war on terror that is basically a war on islam. The government turns into more of a joke as the years have gone by. You want to be sick? Go look at some video of 9/11 and you can see the building imploding before it was even hit. Probably find it on Youtube.com or something like that. Question your government or it will run you...

OJ got away with murder because of jurors who did not understand science.
Yes, sometimes people will use the system to their advantage. They will find a loophole that was put there for someone else and take advantage of it. However, that does not mean the system is bad. These loopholes, when found, are usually closed off pretty quick.
Sometimes, some people will come into power and want to impose what they want without regard to what the constitution says. Luckily, the system is equipped with checks and balances. I love that phrase. Checks and balances. If someone passes a bad law, there is a system in place to undo that bad law. If someone steps on the rights of someone else then there is a system in place to right that wrong.
Yes, it is easier for a person with money to get proper justice. They can afford the lawyers and they can afford to take the time that is needed to get it. These same tools also allow some to be above justice at times but not always. Notice OJ Simpson is pretty much a broken man. He may have gotten away with it, but he will not get away with much else, not even working on a regular basis.
All in all, I am happy with our system. There are clogs here and there and some messed up parts, but the system will evolve and work these kinks out. We just have to keep working at it.

Beg Pardon you are comparing Apples and Oranges... The Constitution defines a system of government and rule by the people. There are no specific criminal or civil laws within the constitution, which refers to "The Common Law" (civil law) and gives the states the right to enact laws within the framework of the constitution (criminal law). The constitution does assign jurisdiction under law for certain crimes (military, admiralty, maritime). What is happening is that the federal and state governments are now pushing the envelope in the enactment of laws to control the public, and in some cases using outright deception in the legislation of law to enable the government to more easily control the people and collect revenue, Title 26 USC a classic example (IRS code).

The US government is following the basic form of government as spelled out in the US Constitution. As to whether you can (or can not) bypass any laws, you had better not try any experiments by breaking US laws or you will pay for the consequences.

convinced. the issue is that maximum individuals don't understand what's in it. purely look into many of the solutions the following: STATES can not declare something yet gold or silver legal gentle, yet that would not practice to the federal authorities. (Article a million area 10) less than the unique structure, Senators were chosen via state legislatures. change #17 replaced that: Senators at the instantaneous are promptly elected via the individuals. The Representatives were continuously to be elected via voters and not in any respect chosen via the Senate.

If they weren't opperating under the Constitution it is the responsibility of the people (or one branch questioning another) to keep them in check. As far as I understand they are acting within the limits of the Constitution.
