Well Im at one of the local fast food joints and people always try and plant stuff in their food just to get a free meal like this one lady ordered a drink and she had short curly hair which one fell on THE SIDE of the cup not inside but the side and she wanted a repair cuz of it even though it was her own its stupid really and then she made a company complaint.

Well, my experience with ordering out hasen't always been a treat, take for example, one day i ordered frys, and something else for my nephew, well, he has blond hair, however in his frys was a short curly black hair, yes i raised all kind of s*** we pay for this food and we expect more people being sanitary in the places we eat at. And i am not saying there is people out there that dosen't do it on purpose (i wouldn't know what the point would be) but most of us aren't like that, and i wish everyone would wear a hairnet etc.. i hate hair in my food, i don't eat out as much as i use to. I know you are working hard and all, and i don't envey your job, it can be hard and cruel with alot of the public in a fast food joint. Take care

well sometimes it may be the cooks who nows...but I say examine the food before you hand it over...I know I would do that if I was working at a fast food restaurant...another thing is you have to remember that some people complain because that is something that they have been doing for years... refund it it isnt coming out of your pockets so dont trip

It's because of the person who thought up the phrase:
'The customer is always right.'
It was probably the worst thing ever done in the history of customer service.

Well, thats people for you.
Not everyone is like that, and from the customer perspective, many shops and employees are also less-than-friendly.
People in general should be more respectful towards one another, and should be a little more honest.

People like that have no shame. Install camera and replay to show that the customer did it. You can put them in jail for lying.

That's why they train and pay you so good. If someone is a Bugwhole give them a bunch of stuff free and then report it to the Manager.

People are actual cheap because the waiters are rude slow or annoying and if its not the waiters fought it's cause they were born cheap.
