Stars are not named after people, but comets are named after the person who discovers one. So wait for a clear evening, scan the sky with binoculars and have a telescope, star chart and notebook handy to plot the comet. Notify the IAU and your special person will be immortalised in the heavens.

Just make one up. It would be as real as any you got from astrology.com. You could even scan your certificate into your computer and use image editing software (maybe even paint, that comes free with Windows) to make whatever changes you wanted and then print it out.

It's a worthless gift. Only astronomers can name stars (definitely not astrologers) and we don't give them actual names anymore anyway, it's all numbers and based on the cluster or constellation or galaxy or group. So don't waste your time or money - I could sell you a certificate telling you I renamed Rhode Island after you, and it would be worth just as much. Not to mention that I sold Rhode Island to about 100 other people as well, and a few states that didn't even exist.

Print your own up. It will have as much validity as one you might pay 50 bucks for.
