No. Miami is closed on Sunday. Of course, but why? Quite expensive, don't you think?

Duval county cabs can only pick up in Duval county; but can drop off anywhere. If you want to take a cab from Jax to Miami, go ahead, but it will cost about 8 times as much as a plane ticket.
