So long as you have the software for it and a cd burner you can.
There are many software programs out there.

You can record any audio from your sound card using a program called Messer (http://www.dago.pmp.com.pl/messer/). First, you must set your sound settings to record from stereo mix. Second, install messer and open the program. Third, open a music player to play your songs. Fourth, press the record button on Messer just before playing the song and press record again at the end of the song. The song will be saved in wav format by default. If you prefer, you can record to mp3 if you have the Lame encoder installed on your computer (search google). As you'll see in the help file, Messer also allows you to set start and stop times for recording in case you want to record 1 large file to split into individual songs at a later time.

Hi. Yes, but make sure the recording is in a form that your CD player can play.
