It's our nesting instinct. It's because females are usually the ones who raise the babies. We want a good mate to settle down with. The males of most species, however, are mostly driven to impregnate as many attractive females as they can. I'm not saying that all men run around doing that, but that's their instinct. Some can control that drive. Others cannot. But that's basically why we girls tend to be more into love and finding the right guy.

Its not the love thats so important to you, its what you belive the love is. After all its just one word used to describe many many I like (blank) about you. Truth is a kid working at mcdonalds would get as much play as a rock star, even more; if love really meant that much, as almost everyone is capable of giving or receiving it in some way.

a guys point of view.............security...faith in someone who will be there for you...love is a gift for heaven the worry the heck out of you...lol...but its not only girls that need it...we guys need it to...so...if a woman needs love its to express her love for the person she is with...and i dont mean sex...if you love someone you expect it to be returned...right?...make sure the love you give will be faithfully returned...if not then its only an emotion sent from you to that person...if that person dosent feel the same way ask questions as to why...if this person dosent have the same emotions as you...and you will know if he or she doent...then move on...there is someone out there for everybody...someone who will love you for you and not just...well you know...we guys are pigs we only know one thing...gettin some...lol...but its true...so look at this person and make your own judgement...but...keep yourself at a distance till you really know...

biologicaly speaking... as in brain chemistry and mother nature's programming...
it's because women want a strong attachment with the guy who could/would/will father their children so he will be there to protect and provide for her and her baby.
