help...i have an ipod shuffle - how to???

i am leaving on vacation and I want to download some pod casts from a local radio show...how do i do it? I've got my shuffle ISB plugged in...are they free...i'm really lost on this...

podcasts are free, all u have to do is connect ur shuffle to ur comp. and then download the podcasts, then drag them to the folder on the side of the Itunes bar where it says music and all that, into the folder that has your shuffles name on it.

Well no most aren't free through iTunes.
