Planning to stay in a resort in Sliema and wanted to check out the nightlife in Paceville...

Depends where the resort in Sliema is but it shouldn't take you more than 15minutes to walk. (this will of course depend on the type of shoes you are wearing!) It's a great walk following the coast and there's a lot of traffic till the early hours of the morning so it's also quite safe.
If you don't like walking buses run till 11pm and there's a night bus at the weekends. If you ask any Maltese person in Paceville for Wembley's taxis they'll point you in the direction of a great company which pools people going in the same direction together and then charges them a much cheaper price. They're open 24hours......
Travel Tip: In Malta, never, ever, ever get in a white taxi ....... they tend to drive like maniacs and rob you blind for the service (not necessarily a bad thing if you need to be rushed to hospital). Black taxis are run by private companies who have set prices and therefore won't rip you off.
As for the nightlife in Paceville..........have a BLAST!

You can either get the bus or go on foot. There is roughly 15 minutes walk from Sliema to Paceville. Have a great time in Paceville. It's the Mecca for the Maltese youths.

yes sliema is the best place to stay thats it not far from paceville. the nightlife in paceville is the right place . nightclubs'discoes, bars and hotels too if you decide to staty there too

it depends on what time if it's not past 11 u should get a bus if not you can walk it it's not far away or you can get a taxi nad night life is great in paceville i work in a bar over there
