Dont take them if you dont need them. Keep them locked safely away. A patient I knew got addicted to them years ago and now shes got a "lazy bowel" which she has no control of. If you want to get rid of them, take them to your chemist for disposal.

Assuming you dont need to take them or they are out of date,take them to your local pharmacy and ask them to dispose of them.Any old or unused medicine should be disposed of properly and should be taken to a pharmacy.This is free of charge of course!!never throw medicine out with your trash!!

Give it to someone who needs them. You would be helping them and not get poisoned. DONT TAKE THEM! You will be in the bathroom for hrs! :-(
