Usually old moldy yogurt doesn't do your body any harm but it might give you some diarrhea because your body isn't used to breaking down moldy stuff. You won't die, don't worry :P

Buncha good answers here, and a coupla not so good. But what I'm thinking is that maybe you are reacting to the milk. Its an incorrect assumption that you can eat yogurt if you are otherwise lactose intolerant, or if you have the common wheat and milk 'allergies'. Yogurt's magical qualities, anti yeast, etc, do not extend to digestive dificulties like getting a sour stomach from milk. See whether you get this oohwy stomach from other forms of milk.

Yogurt doesn't go bad it just becomes bitter as it get old you will be perfectly fine, try to eat something solid it will clear things up. You should try not to eat stuff like that on a empty stomach.

Induce vomiting by putting your finger down your throat. You should feel your gag reflex start to move.. keep doing it until you vomit. Drink water.. you may experience diahrea and if things get worse go to a doctor/hospital.
