It needs to be short and sharp but truthful. It should also relatre to what they can read further down in your CV. This is what mine says :
An innovative and highly motivated individual focussed on
delivering results whilst balancing strategic development.
An excellent leader of people with a proven track record of core
management in a contact centre environment. A recognised expert in contact centre resourcing, business planning and management information. Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
