Dude follow these easy Steps
1.Connect ur phone with USB
2.Have ur windows media player Opened (possibly 11 version)
if not try uploading if u cant upload i will give u another option
3.In windows media player 11 u open it will show ur plam treo as an icon along with basic details and memory of the phone
4.Drag and drop songs
5.Or else already in library or within Media player select those to put on to PDA along the right hand side small partioned window (beneath the details of ur phone on right hand side)
6.Now ur ready
By default it does with WMA format
if u wish to change , change file format and then Press Syncronise
ALternative ,
if u don't have this Windows Media Player 11
1.Use phone manager
Drag and drop or copy the files
2.U r phone's Memory Card will be displayed as a separeat icon on my computer near the removable storage
press ur Card
Removable Storage (CD displayed ... Floppy)
and copy or move files on to it

If you have ptunes for your Treo, you can set it up to be read by Windows Media Player 10, however, if you uploaded to WMP 11 then it won't sync currently. The easiest way I've found is to plug your Treo into your computer through the HotSync cable, then find the file on your computer, right click it, select Send To.., and then select Palm Powered Handheld. From there, just sync the device and the music should be located either on the device or SD card. Locate the file using your device's mp3 player and you're set to go.
