I would probably watch the game and ask you to join me. Since I am such a sports fan, and you were aware that it's a big deal for me, why would you make such a request?
Alternative #1 - I plan to watch the game, but if you want to do something else with your girlfriends, go ahead and we will get together after the game.

Well, Football is very important to most guys and they would not like to miss watching it, but it depends on why u dont want them to watch it. Do u wanna go with ur boyfriend out somewhere, you want him to come over and do other things than watching tv. its all comes down to why, the reason that u dont want him to watch the game. U cant just tell him u cant watch the game and see if he's listen to u.

It'd be no problem for me. I hate sports. LOL If I really wanted to see it, I'd want to know why I shouldn't watch it. If it's for something that could be done after the game, why can't I do it after the game? If not, is it more important than the game?

I would say, I am watching the game, and it looks like we are done! One in 6 people in the planet will be watching this game... Think about it almost 1 billion people... You must be crazy.

NO WAY, it is your duty to let your BF watch the game. The whole reason for a relationship is to make the other person happy, not yourself, so in essence you should want him to watch the game if he wants to.

NO way in hell. I would watch the game if bombs were hitting around the house or if Beyonce knowles walked in naked ( well maybe not if beyonce walked in ) but nothing else could get me to miss the game

What would be your reason why you DIDN'T want me to watch it? THAT would be the determining factor. If it was because you just didn't want me to, because my attention would be...someplace besides on you. Then you need to step back and look at the parameters of your relationship. Give and Take, let me watch the game, then I'll do something YOU want to do.
