As others have said its start - programs - accessories - system tools - disc defragmenter.
But if your pc has sudden;y slowed its unlikely to be fragmented; try running Ccleaner. Use the Issues tool then the Cleaner.

Find My Computer on the desktop, right-click, select Manage.
On the left hand side of the window will be a tree item called Disk Defragmenter. Select that, then on the right hand side select the C: drive, and click Defragment.

go into my computer then control panel then into performance and maintenance and then into rearrange items on your hard disc. Go to analize and this will tell you if you need to defragment
