I work for a man in a big company for 2 years, then I made with his wife a new company...then he buys my quote

After 2 months we started this new company he made me in a very difficult way...so I had to sell him my quote...what do you think? It seems a film!

I didn't quite understand the question. But I'm sure you didn't legally have to sell him anything.
