You don't have to do anything for him, he should understand you are in no way able to cook him something special or feel like going out. I bet he will be treating you like a queen on Valentine's day, and surprise you with a lovely dinner.. So relax and enjoy the day.
I can understand how you feel being pregnant with twins. I had twins, at 3 months I couldn't even see my feet. Good luck

PS: Put a card on in his his car or window cling hearts.

Awww congratulations on your twins. : }

Basically what I'm doing is that I'm giving him a memory box with some stuff I put together for him. I also made him a really nice card with a heartfelt poem that I wrote. I made him a poem book with pictures I have taken as well. : } I'm doing all this stuff because Valentine's is our first anniversary. ♥

Well, I found this great website that has a lot of ideas that people sent in. A lot of great ideas... cheap, creative, sweet. So if you need other ideas, here ya go:

It helped me come up with some ideas and stuff.

Send him a coffee mug with hearts all over it,filled with candy and a huge balloon.Then order food to be brought in at the time he will be coming home.Give him a coupon book with future promises in it.He will be able to use them when he's a DAD.And I hope he gives you a great gift and a foot massage......

I think, you should hire a babysitter, then you both can go on the night together.
or you can spend Valentines Day with all. Get a take-out dinner, rent a couple of movies, family movies, then, when the children are a sleep,dress up in sexy wear.
