This programme is really good its good to know that someone knows how to survive from wild food. if you were starving you wouldn't worry what the food looks like it looks far better than the food at McDonald's anyway. and better for you

I have just recovered from giggling at the little squirrel like man who accompanies him regaling his tale of when he ate poisonous funghi which had a strange reaction to a half a pint of guiness....totally hillarious...and yeah those tartlets did look like my dogs pooooop. It is bizarre the things they stuff into their mouths...ants? bark off a tree? the humungous liver from a deer? not to mention all manner of greenery and madness mmmmmm delicious....errrrrrrr no way!!!

Well were it to happen that you were stranded somewhere remote ie Dartmoor, it may save your life one day knowing what you can and cant eat. Even if it never happens to you it could easily happen to someone else so don't knock it. In the event of catastrophe that knowledge would be of tremendous importance to you and others.

He's out of his tree this series.

I wonder what would happen if the film crew took him to Tescos?
Would he be able to survive ?
