HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Yes there can be money to be made but you will be surprised to find it is not as easy as you think and the money is not as quick to come as you want it to be..

Contact a local Broker set up an appointment and take it from there..He may sponsor you through your classes so you can get a discounted rate..It can be very costly when you first start so be ready to be broke for a while (sometimes a long while)..ss

There is a lot of money in real estate but the hard part is clientel. There are so many agents, until finding good clients who are about to purchase property is hard. To get started enroll in a real estate school in your area and take the licensing courses. The school will direct you from that point because requirements vary from state-to-state. To find a school just check the phonebook under real estate or check the interent. Getting started is fairly easy, making money is a different situation but it is very possible. GOOD LUCK!!!

I have a friend that sells real estate. Its feast or famine for her. There are so many real estate agents out there, and it takes, like anything, quite a bit of time to build up your own clientele. One month she may sell a house or two and sometimes its a month or two before she sells another. So you really have to learn to budget your money. The part she does like about the job is she can pretty much set her own hours. If she has something she absolutely has to do, she doesn't set an appointment up for that time. Its like anything else in life, you get out of it what your willing to put in it. She does love it though, says its the best job she has ever had.

If you are in the U.S., you have to get a real estate license.

Most real estate agents work on commission only...only get paid when they sell/rent a home/condo/apartment.

Below is an URL for real estate licensing classes

get started by researching on the interent about what type of college or school you should go to. You can also contact owners of a real estate agency and ask them what the best thing you can do to get started is- maybe an apprentaceship?
