John Mayer - Only Heart
Depeche Mode - Enjoy The Silence
Kutless - Sea Of Faces
Kevin White - Pants
The Calling - Adrienne
Spencer Davis Band - Keep On Running
Primal Scream - Rocks/Jailbird

Hi, I recently burned a cd that I made from Napster.
The following songs are on it: in this order from warmup to cooldown. I noticed that you are into rock, but this cd is fast paced dance/hip hip/freestyle.
It's worth a try, It gets me moving and excited to workout!

Off the top of my head, I can recommend Paranoid by Black Sabbath, Vertigo by U2, Dancing in the Dark by Bruce Springsteen, Run to you by Bryan Adams, or if you're into Thin Lizzy, get hold of their Greatest Hits double album if you don't already have it. There's some good stuff in it which I am sure you'll not can help but move along to.

That music is not the best to run with!
Try out dance and trance music.
It's just the best while exercising. Pick up a Euphoria compilation or pick up something like The Clubbers guide to 2007, or Clubland! These will get you moving in no time!
