several people have answered and so mine looks like I'm just rewording other's answers!

When you see 0 answers, you are seeing a snapshot of the page at the time your browser fetched. Due to the number of people posting and pulling data, Answers would slow to a crawl if it tried to update that information in real time. From what I've seen, it updates all page values about every 10 seconds.

Yes i've had that happen, but i look at it like this : if my answer is similiar to someone else's there's a better chance of it being correct.

Yes, all the time. It's a little frustrating, but not much we can do about it.
