I love the name Joie for a little girl because its rare, different and cute... Honestly I want to know your thoughts???

Marie is my moms middle name and this is really the reason I want to use it.. I know that Marie is really common but I think it sounds good with Joie..

Joie is the girl name of JOEY.. I have the same problem with my name and I didnt really miss out on anything.. If my daughter wanted stationary then I can get her some personalized stationary but I dont really think that would be a big problem..

i think it is VERY cute.... but if you dont want to have the prblem with stationary then name her
Anna Marie or something more normal like that but joie is a very cute name

Why ask anyone?.
It is that you love it that matters.
And if you want to keep it Rare then do not put it on the internet where everyone can see.
My daughter even refused to have her sons birth announced in the newspaper so no one in our area would use his name this year.

It's beautiful on paper, but how do you pronounce it? Joy or Joey?
She will forever have to spell it and tell people how to pronounce it. It is different and cute, but that can be a curse, too. And she will never be able to buy pencils, stationery, or anything else personalized.
