İ have 325 lt tank with 8 red belly prinhas,they are about 10 cm. what to do for breeding them?

Fish usually breed on their own I usually only put a kind of a male and female in the tank. for ex 1 female and 1 male molly
make sure you have females you can have a floating breeding tank ( i would get the one that holds two ) put male and female and they'll get to know each other. It also has a slider in between them or get a net breeder but be careful the female be caught with the male no hiding space and will run
