How, and where can i go to create my own music video, with my pictures, and music, and then to have its html.?

I want to be able to make my own music video, with my own pics, and music, and then to have the html code to put it on my site, or just able to download t on my computer.
Where can i go to find a site that does this for free, and lets me download it , or gives me the html code for it?

um idk...do what i did
make one using nero 7
then put on youtube
then put your code on an html
