House stole pills from one of Wilson's patients and Tritter had proof. During the trial Cuddy took the stand to say she had feared House was going to go to extreme measures, like stealing pills, so she had placebos in their place. Since she perjured herself for him, she thinks he owes her, and is going to have him pay for it in Clinic Hours, paperwork and stuff like that.
