take a prenatal vitamin now....prenatal vitamins have the right amount of folic acid in it, which is needed for spinal development of the fetus and prevents spina bifida....it is very important to have the folic acid built up in your body before you get pregnant...but don't fret if you are pregnant and didn't start taking it..start now....and yes, clomid works....my first cycle of clomid worked for me....i have a seven year old and had tried for years to get pregnant....i now have a two month old baby with the help of clomid.....best of luck.......

If you are trying to get pregnant you should be taking a pre-natal vitamin with Folic Acid.

Don't know what clomid is.

I have been eating the same things I ate before I got pregnant, I just had to skip the sushi and no so much seafood. I got a do's and dont's book at the book store and it was a good one to tell you what to do but it is pretty much common sense. Eat healthy stuff and drink alot of water!
