A founder of what? Truthfully, if you decide to be a dictator you won't get too far with winning friends and influencing people. The group will shift focus when you decide to act like a control freak. So, did this answer your question? I guess...

Who are you? I mean do whatever makes you happy. The way you think of yourself, more than likely you are going to go with the dictator. Even though with out happy members, you have no organization.

Well you can be a dictator if you wish, but I doubt anyone will stay around to be part of it.
