You cant feel the baby kicking your vagina because the baby isn't in your vagina. Although being that late in pregnancy the pressure does build up on the pelvic floor and with baby dropping it can account for having kicking sensations that low.

I'm only 23 weeks and felt this odd movement in that area. My doctor told me the baby was most likely bumping up against my cervix...he isn't in the vaginal canal yet, thank goodness! But yes, I was also told that when the baby drops, he will be kicking at your cervix more forcefully, possibly causing some pain. I can hardly wait...haha

YES and it HURTS. Most likely your baby is head butting you, though. Since this far along, they tend to be head down. Mine pushes against my cervix and it feels like horrible sharp pains. I spoke to my midwife about these pains and she said some of them are the ligaments at the very base of your uterus stretching, which also feels like you are getting kicked in the vagina. Good luck to you, it only gets worse! I am 39 weeks and 3 days and the head against my cervix keeps me up all night!!!

Once the baby has lightened (dropped), yes, it's normal to feel movements in your pelvis, and might feel like the baby is moving in your vagina.

I could feel something like someone was pushing out and down on my bladder but it never made me have to feel like I had to pee. Does that make sense? I know what you are talking about and I think that is the same way I felt!
