And if grass is indeed a person, then I would be of the suggestion of, a doc or indeed, paramedic then thereto hospital. But, as you seem reasonably confident that grass is indeed dead and you have this much needed question to ask of him, may I suggest a medium or such like. A speaker of beyond the grave! Weed up on it. Then get the field agents to take him to a harvester but watch out for the moles. A few corn dogs should get this green blade up especially with some irrigation under bright lights.
