Hey .. i think i have a great solution to mak your eyes stand right out! .. since you have dark colored eyes and a darker complection try using a gold colored eye shadow with eather brown or black eye liner. put the i liner around the bottom and to the outside corners of your eyes.since you have long lashes and curly ones use EXTRA curl black masskara to POP up your eyes and make it the first thing ppl see. Also this workes as well with the eyes color makeup advice i just gave you , you should also try to use a brownish , pinkish colored lip gloss to sparkle the eye... (a little tip is to use a bit of sparkles around the eyebrowe .. ONLY A LITTLE! ) .. good luck! :)

To make your eyes stand out draw attention to them. Make sure your eyebrows are arched in a flattering way because it's the frame for your whole face. After that choose eyeshadows that are going to make them pop. I have brown eyes and love wearing bright shadows, they really open up when I wear a green shadow called Vert by Urban Decay, and when I wear certain blues. Or you might want to do a smoky eye with a plum instead of black shadow.
If you want subtle color swipe on your eyeshadow with a dry brush, if you wanna more intense look, use it wet. You can also experiment with different colored eyeliners or mascaras which are fun. The best tip though is whatever way you play up your eyes make sure to keep your blush light and simple, and make sure lips are in a neutral or soft color so they don't compete with your eyes. Last but not least, make sure to curl those lashes even more and add some voluminous mascara and you will be set to go.

Follow beths advice above then also try other colors like pink blue green ect too much brown will make your eyes look plain and ordinary.
If you ever shop Bare Minerals you can use everything because it is made for anybody no matter the eyecolor or skin tone.
Try making a dramatic eye without going overbored you want people to see your eyes not your eyelids. have fun and look good ;)

using colours that match your eye colour (in your case brown) will blend around them and make you look mysterious. to make your eyes 'pop' the best thing to do is use the colours that are opposites on the colour wheel. if your eyes are a warm brown you should try greens and blues, if they are a hazelly-green brown or light brown use pinks.
as for eyeliner - if your eyes are close together, only use liner on the outside corners. if your eyes are far apart - rim the entire eye. also use a white liner on the inside of your bottom lid to give the allusion that your eyes are bigger.
whatever you want to 'pop' out, use a light, frosty colour, if you want to recede something, use a dark colour.
kick ***-mascara and maybe a few falsies (individual ones) added to the corners of your eyes.

You should wear some eyeliner that would kinda help. You could also get your hair like a lighter brown and you should get some highlites and layers. Your hair really helps eyes stand out. Also you could start wearing eyeshadow. Well thank you buh bye.

first of all you should keep your hair out your face, let it hang around to frame it, not pulled back in a knot thing. Wear soft eyeliner, like green or brown for dark skin, not black and smudge around the egdes on the top. It should accentuate your eyes and birng them out.

pink or orange eyeshadow (not too bright unless you have darker complexion), black or dark brown eyeliner. Make sure your skin tone has been smoothed out (with foundation) and don't play up your lips, they'll compete with your eyes. Only play up one feature at a time.

Eye pencil and Black mascara. Max factor has a lot of good mascaras to use and not that expensive, If you can afford it Lancôme makes some good mascaras too..
try that out with any eyeshadow you want.
Good luck

Use light colors on your eyes if you want to bring them out. Remember light colors make them pop. Dark colors conceal the eyes.

A subtle metallic eyeshadow, blended well, in gold or silver... plus sexy mascara, like Stila.
