Not really. But it really gets to me how people can whine about English being the "official language" and most of them don't even use it correctly ~ but they want to moan about immigrants.

I feel bad for the person and I just feel like I should straighten them out so they don't look foolish. Usually I will wait and see if they make the same errors repeatedly so that I know whether it's really bad grammar or maybe just a typo. However, I can see where one might think it was presumptuous for me to do so. I do try to control myself most times.

No, but in order to be taken seriously, spelling and grammar should always be correct.

if people are being rude just because, then yes, i will point out their mistakes. everyone has their problems.
