Yeah i guess its not a bad thing to be emotional. But if you wanna overcome it, try being positive..life goes on..don't get too attached to anyone or anything..every person has his\her own issues and inner conflicts..respect people and their problems..

Whenever you get emotional..ask yourself whether its really a big deal or not?..can you just let it go?...will it matter 10 years from now?..or is it easier to forget it and move on??

The fact that you want to overcome is a positive start.good luck!

I'm very emotional too and It's not a bad thing so I dont know why you want to overcome it. It's just that we are very sensitive people and i dont think other people mind us showing are feelings. But if you really want to overcome it you should just laugh it off or go to boot camp that will make u overcome it. But yea, it's not a bad thing and I doubt anybody would mind you being emotional. If they do, then they are jackasses and those people are not your friend. well, good luck and take care.

It is a very good question. It needs constant vigil on your part to control your emotions and it is possible to achieve it.
Try to act smart and in a matured way.
Imagine you are ten to twenty years older than yourself and naturally you will derive the wisdom to overcome your emotions and problems associated with it.

See life in optimistic attitude and don't take yourself or life so seriously.

Realize that failure is not the end of the world.

Welcome new challenges and experiences.

Dream about new possibilities.

Be honest to yourself and others.

Believe in yourself.

Be generous in everyway including financially

Work on your important goals.

Think on your past successes and not failures. Please note that negative thoughts are primarily responsible for emotional imbalance.

Try to find goodness in everything and put your focus on positive side.

idk but im the same way! i worry constantly about anything and everything. just try to think logically....break things down when u get mad/upset/worried.....ask yourself "why".
