Ok bit of background first... I was having 2 periods a month for ages then was diagnosed with PCOS 3 years ago and was put on Dianette (pill) which regulated my periods and stopped all my other symptoms, I was then taken off it after almost 2 years and put on a lower dose pill which caused major mood swings so I stopped taking any medication. This was in December 2005 and I had my last period just over a year ago. Should I be worried? I haven't had a period in over a year when I used to have very regular ones until they went up the wall. I know PCOS can cause a lack of periods but surely as mine used to be regular before my diagnosis they would have gone back to how they were? Or at least the 2 a month thing? Anyone got any ideas of what could be up?

No period in over a year?!?!?

That's not good for your body at all because it needs to release the blood accumulating every month... go to your gyno or GP ASAP!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
