Will you look at policies and actions in and of themselves, without prejudging based on your political leanings?

Can you look objectively regardless of how you feel Bush is being treated by the Democrats now?

Ah, I love the people who say that unless a Democratic President does exactly what Bush has done, they won't get their respect.

Do you have any idea how many times I've been called a traitor because I don't agree with the President's policies?

But it's okay when the President is a Democrat, I guess.

I hate extremists, I really do.

Well I can't speak for all but I have always looked at it that way. I don't vote party lines. I have never registered with a party. I am about issues logic common sense.

I have just found that the majority of Democtrats on the national political level ( that means that I don't see this as much on a local level ) are irrational and live in a warped reality.
Oh make no mistake there are definitely some Republicans on that level that also do.

The Democrat leadership is loaded with whack people in my opinion people like Hillary, Kennedy, Kerry, Feinstein, Boxer, Pelosi, Dean, Schumer, Leahy, .. i could go on and on.

I have watched them in action in committee and on the floor. On tv and in person.

But reagardless of the fact that most of them have shown what they are about. There are some good dems and its always possible for someone to change.. not likely but possible.

So yes, to your answer, I would give it a chance.
And as the person above me said. It really doesnt matter what party someone is in. Actions matter. thats all that matters.

I certainly will not go around whining about who the President is with stupid looking hate filled stickers on the back of my car like so many lieberals I have seen do. I want bad mouth whoever is the Commander in Chief because I believe in America and supporting the President which is obviously not something in the liberal agenda. If they can't win in other words, they don't want to play. I will still be a conservative with good values and principles regardless of who is in office.

It depends on what that President does or doesn't do.

The Dems are slamming Bush because that's politics. It's a true gamble on both sides, because if we wind up 'winning' Iraq early in 2008, it's lights out for the dissenters.

Will the liberals stop the name calling of conservatives and republicans..,until that stops, people will close thier minds. The democratic congress and senate have called and continue to call this President everything but a human being and call our soldiers terrorists..,so its difficult to forget the things that were said to those who want to protect us.In order to gain respect, one must earn it.

Yes. I can be objective. Even though Democrats have been extremely petty and partisan. I can recognize a good idea whether it comes from dems or repu.

Nope. If a Democrat wins, we will wage a 24/7 war to undo them, no matter what. We will make the Ken Starr investigation look like child's play.

Comparing to the Clinton Adm.. Id say at this point and time, with everything going on, America would definitely be doomed!

If the democrats are going to do what they are proposing today, i will oppose them tooth and nail. Their policies restrict choice, it creates larger government and they want to raise taxes to fund their petty projects.

Sure.As long as the person was not an off the chart kook-burger like Hitlery Clinton or Nancy Pelosi.Contrary to popular belief, conservatives are welcome to new ideas.
I COULD CARE LESS IF THE PRESIDENT WAS DEMOCRAT,AS LONG AS THE PERSON DIDN'T SUCCUMB TO THE FRINGE LEFTIST GROUPS.
