you could open a restaurants and grow your own vegetables, make the garden/greenhouse the center piece of your restaurant. People would love the idea that you are using all your own fresh ingredents, and they can watch them grow in the garden. if you decide to do this profesionally go hydroponic, you grow them 3xs faster and you can leave the roots on some of the plants like letteuce, some people actually like the roots for stock's and soups. hydroponics are actually easy to grow, a small investment in the begening but it pays off fast! good luck and happy gardening.

We're hoping to start selling veggie and herb seedlings, as well as houseplants, at a local farm market. It is so darn cold here right now, I cannot wait for spring!
