What cover songs have you heard that were very well done?
I heard the cover of "Sweet Child O Mine" by Cheryl Crow (I think it was she)- but it was not good. It kind of sucked out loud. LOL. The original was absolutely fantastic, though- Guns N Roses wrote a powerful, enchanting, classic Rock ballad when they wrote it.
I kind of like that cover by Spider Bait- "Black Betty", which was originally done by Ram Jam. : )

Best cover ever..
Blue Man Group and Venus Hum's version of Donna Summer's "I Feel Love" it was featured on monster.com commericals a couple of years ago.

i think the best cover song is shinedown's "simple man" the worst cover song is the new country song "lips of an angel" made me wanna puke when i heard it!
