Dress up as Fijian rugby players, who won the 7's for years.
Moustaches and the New Zealand type Hakka that Fijians do before the game. To be learnt by all of you.
Fijian type of names on the backs of the shirts. Walter Spongaro was one.
Cocktails in hand.

Walter Spanghero was one of three brothers who played for France in the 60s and 70s and he's certainly not Fijian, he was born in Payra-sur-l'Hers near Pouyastruc in the Lauragais. That's about as French as it gets. He did have a moustache but I can't think of many fijians who have been known for their moustaches. One guy had a grey beard but I don't recall any moustaches.
As for your street party; get naked. That's always a good start to the festivities.

a chum of mine wore a hand-crafted Atom Ant outfit. White previous shaped motorcycle helmet with a pair of pipe cleaners protruding the final like antennas, T-blouse with a capital A sewn or glued on, huge black belt, black leggings, sandshoes and massive workman gloves. in case you wanna be an Adam Ant female, you could positioned on a mini with it. Its low value and hillarious!

Usually for rugby you come as you are...... but one rugby costume idea that i'd find pretty amusing is a "whore in the park" (funnier if ur a guy, and if u sing it) *****(those who have no idea what im talking about.....if ur a rugby player u'd understand)****. ya ho ya ho ya ho!
