The University of Michigan is a school with a large weather program. they have an index of 380 good sites.

For radar in real time go to the link on the list for the 'National Weather Service Forecast Office' nearest you and click on the 'radar' button in the boxes on the left side.
There is a lot of other stuff there.

The AMS has a site of advanced weather links if you run out of places on those above.

weatherbonk is pretty cool too - they show the weather on a google map.

they also guess where you're coming from, which is kinda nice.
