ln(x) is defined for any x>0.

Hence:
1.
20y+16>0
20y>-16
y>-16/20=-4/5

2.
4-y>0
y<4

=> -4/5 < y < 4

3.
2x+4>0
2x>-4
x>-2

4.
3-x>0
x<3

=> -2 < x < 3
