If you mean erect size it is enough the average erect size is between 10cm & 18cm. It is how you use it thar counts not your size.

11 " is a very generous and inticing size. That is plenty to satisfy a girl, the question is "when driving a large vehicle, can you park it like a pro or do you look like a goof"? Just make sure your charisma and manners enlarge instead of your ego and that is enough to impress any lady. ;)

Can't say if it's short unless I know how old you are, and there's nothing you can do to enlarge it other than surgery.

it depends on how old your are.
If you are from 11 - 13 you are doing pretty good
