That during the weekdays I can only work aftre 5pm, but on the weekend i can work full time.
This a schedule I would need to keep until I can start making enogh money to become a full time real estate agent. I was thinking it would take me at least a years...maybe more.
Is this something I can do? Do companies hire people for these hours?
I wanted to join Baird & Warner, do you think I have chance? Any suggestions or comments are apperciated.

It can be done provided the broker will let you. Agents are usually independent contractors which means you basically work for yourself. No sales, no money. It can be difficult to get established being only part time. However, most buyers are available during weekends and holidays only due to their jobs which will work out great. Also, there is more to selling than just showing up. All in all, it can be done. The broker you requested may only want full time agents. So talk with the broker and see what they say. If no go, try another broker till you find one that will help. After you are established, you could go with just about any broker. Agents are constantly changing brokers.

Ask the Real Estate Brokers that interest you, about the schedule you want to work. You didn't say in which city/state you live.
