well actually my fiance does because i get hot flashes and i cry about stupid stuff and my breasts are swollen, i have lower back pain and my head hurts. i also was spotting for a couple days but really very light for instance when i whipped. i have cramping, well had but i dont know if it's just me bein paranoid. serious answers please.

by the way i have irregular periods but that was because of my BC pills and my doc told me to stop taking them because i had an ovarian cyst and yes i have unprotected sex

it actually sounds like you are pregnant, not trying to scare yeah but it does. The spotting sounds like implantation bleeding and you have alot of the symptoms. Call your doctor in a week if you don't have a period or take a home pregnancy tests. No worries, it'll be allright!

Theres no way of anyone even guessing if you are pregnant without more information. When was your last real period. Were you having unprotected sex. Is your period late? Things like that....
If when you were spotting is what you consider your last period, then you should be able to tell with a pregnancy test whether or not you are pregnant by now. because you can take a pregnancy test up to 4 days before your period is even due to start. so if you started already and it was just not a normal flow, then youd definately show up on a pregnancy test by now. some women can spot while pregnant. the symptoms you listed could come from a number of female horomonal things though... so i would take a pregnancy test.

Take a test, if you are far enough along to have symptoms, you're probably far enough along to get a positive result.
Most of those sound like the symptoms I had when I first got pregnant. I mistook it for PMS at first... until it lasted for an entire week with no bleeding. I had the cramps, sore breasts, mood swings, headaches and wanted to sleep all the time. The spotting could have been what is call implantation bleeding, when the zygote attaches itself to the uterine wall.
Even if it's not pregnancy, I'd call your GYN, because it could be hormone related.

The best thing you can do is take a pregnancy test. However, when I was just a few weeks pregnant I had headaches, swollen breasts, tender nipples, and light spotting (called implantation spotting). Cramping can also come from the fetus implanting itself on your uterus (this is supposed to happen). Hopefully this helps!

It is a possibility but the only sure way to know is to take the test for it. If you feel you may have gotten pregnant over 2 weeks ago, go to the store and take a pee test. They're never 100% accurate but they usually come two to a box so you can take another a week later if you don't have a doctor or insurance to get a blood test from.

You may be pregnant, but the only real way to tell is to take a test, Clearblue Digital are very accurate and can give you a result up to 4 days before your period is due.

I would call your doctor. I had hot flashes and abnormal periods for a year after I had my third child. I knew I couldn't be pregnant so I went to the doctor. It turned out I had a hormone imbalance. Once they fixed my hormones my body went back to normal. You also could be pregnant. The only way to tell what is going on in your body is to see someone who knows what they are doing and can examine you.
