Inducing Labor Question?

At 10 am this morning they put a prostaglandin gel on my cervix. I was 1 1/2 centmeters and 10% effaced when they did that. Could I expect to go into labor by my self any time. I go back in tomorrow to get the same thing done if no progress. What did they do for you if this happened to you and what happened? Also is it normal to have vaginal pains from this? Thank you!

Sorry to tell you this, but your baby will pop when it's good and ready. Inducing labor is not the way to go unless your pregnancy is a health risk to you or the baby.
