In a mouthwash why is the blue part in the top and the green part at the bottom?

And when you mixe the mouthwash and use it the ratio stays the same.

Not sure, I've bought some and it's as good as it says it is....try their website

I would imagine that it's something to do with chemical elements. Or it might just be that the green bit's heavier and doesn't disolve very well?
