Hi, Dragon. If you are willing to travel, there is a good fire dancing school on Phi Phi Island in Thailand at a beach bar called Carpe Diem. Dirt cheap, worth the cost of the plane ticket. Or you could just practice in your yard. careful, don't burn your fur!

Cat would look in the yeller pages...or check the ad for a location. Fire Dancing isn't really appealing to those of us covered in fur, however; it tends to catch fire rather eesily. Cat doesn't mind being a hairball, but a fireball is another story!
