Just wondering because using a cell phone while driving is as risky as driving drunk.

Didn't say anything about a cell phone, but she was speeding. It would make sense that she was on the phone, though.....

Well, she obviously wasn't paying attention to the road.
I am glad she is getting sued. It is about time these celebrities got what was coming to them, instead of a slap on the wrists.

its a rumor.....when they go to trial the truth will come out. If its a real rumor, the dead woman's attorney will subpoena Brandy's phone bill to see if she was or wasn't.

I am sure it will come out in court. I don't find the lawsuit to be frivolous at all, someone is dead.

Who knows.. but Both family are suffering and the civil suit is outrageous, if that was you I doubt if they would be asking you for that much
